CHRISTMAS TREE DECORATOR

Mia helped us to decorate this year's christmas tree. We bought some non breakable ornaments just for her and she was putting them at the bottom of the tree.

MIA'S FIRST HAIRCUT

About 2 weeks ago Mia had her first haircut. We decided to do bangs on her because her hair is getting longer and she doesn't like when I put her hair in a ponytail. We took her to this salon that is just for kids and she did pretty good, they have chairs that look like cars and they also have a little play area so kids can play while they wait their turn. She looks pretty cute with her new haircut.

Halloween festival

This weekend we had a festival to celebrate Halloween with the neighbors. All the kids wore their costumes and they had a contest. We dressed Mia as Nemo, she looked very cute. We had her participate in the contest. The way they selected the first place was by the applause of the people in the festival and Mia won in the catewgory of kids 1 to 8 years old.

Fall Carnival

About 2 weeks ago we all went to this fall carnival at a local farm in Queen Creek. We had a lot of fun specially Mia, she played in the dirt picking pumkins, she touched a goat at the petting zoo they had and she also got on one of the rides with Travis. Here are some pictures of that day.

There was a Kids festival about a month ago at the Glendale arena and we took Mia. She loves the Care Bears and her favorite is Funshine, definitely this was the highlight of the day, seeing Mia so happy meeting her favorite bear.

This is the view from our room into the airport in Las Vegas. We stayed at the MGM, it was a very nice hotel. Mia loved running thru the aisles and looking thru this window.

June 3, 2008. Birthday at Grammy's House

MIA'S FIRST BIRTHDAY

Last saturday we went to Juarez where we celebrated her 1st birthday at Peter Piper pizza. Mia had a lot of fun. She is such a sweetheart, every time a little girl showed up she got all excited and she wanted to give them kisses and hugs
